Certified Full-Time Medical Assistant

Responsibilities include:

  • Orthopedic experience preferably
  • Taking patient vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.).
  • Sterilizing medical equipment and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Educating patients on medical procedures, medications, and follow-up care
  • Maintaining medical supply inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Following HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. 
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
