Certified Full-Time Medical Assistant
Responsibilities include:
- Orthopedic experience preferably
- Taking patient vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.).
- Sterilizing medical equipment and maintaining a clean environment.
- Educating patients on medical procedures, medications, and follow-up care
- Maintaining medical supply inventory and ordering supplies.
- Following HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy.
- Communicating effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
