REVIEW USMeet Alyssa Tripp, PA-C
As a certified Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedic surgery, I am committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care throughout every stage of treatment — from initial evaluation to post-operative recovery. I work closely with Dr. Pitchford to ensure each patient receives individualized care and a clear understanding of their diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery process.
I completed my Physician Assistant training at Butler University in Indianapolis, where I developed a strong foundation in both general medicine and surgical care. Since entering the orthopedic field, I’ve gained experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, joint disorders, fractures, and degenerative diseases.
My role includes assisting in surgery, performing joint injections and other procedures, managing non-operative treatments, and guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey. I’m passionate about helping people return to the activities they love — whether that’s athletics, work, or daily life — with improved function and reduced pain.
I believe that great orthopedic care begins with listening, and I strive to make every patient feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their care.
Outside of work, I enjoy baking, sewing, and chasing after my (soon to be 2) children. I find fulfillment in helping people regain the ability to fully enjoy and participate in the moments that matter most in life.
