X-ray services are available to provide immediate diagnostic
assessment of injured body parts.
Great Lakes Orthopedics & Sports Medicine
utilizes the latest technology with our Computer Radiography
as part of our "film-less" PACS system and electronic
medical record. The integrated system is utilized to capture
a radiographic image (x-ray) and digitize it and then transmit
to the physician onsite review workstation for immediate review
of the body part being x-rayed to identify any potential damage
or fracture to the body part or area exhibiting pain or reduced
capability.
